Breakfast consists of either upma, powha, or idlis for vegetarians and scrambled eggs or burji for non vegetarians. Bread, butter, Jam and tea are available every day
Lunch consists of dal (lentils) , rice, roti, 2 veggies, a salad, papad, pickles, mithai (sweet dish ) and a chicken or fish dish.
Dinner on the weekends the dinner begins with soup and BBQ. Rice pulao, gravy veg dish, dry veggie dish, salad, pickles etc. Or we may have a continental or Chinese menu
No room service but we do have an extra menu offering refreshments available in the kitchen. This is not included in the package and we sometimes suspend this service if there is too much load on the kitchen.
We support the local economy by purchasing most of our ingredients from the local market and directly from the farmers. The rice we serve is a variety grown specially by farmers in this region. The pickles are also either local or home made as is with the papads, the mithai and the veggies.
